Financial, Organisational and Administrative Assessment of the BiH Police Forces and the State Border Service

In 2003, the European Commission (EC) and the Government of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) agreed on a set of technical assistance projects in form of functional reviews, with the overall objective to reform the BiH public administration so that it is capable of performing its functions within its financial means, and in line with BiH's commitment to accession to the European Union. A consortium, formed by ICMPD and its partner TC Team Consult, was tasked by the EC to carry out the functional review of the BiH Police Forces and the State Border Service (SBS). Details
