Study on the Implementation of the Common European Asylum System

Objective:  The European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs has requested the provision of external expertise, in the form of a study, on "The Implementation of the Common European Asylum System". The study aims to provide an accurate picture of the current implementation of the CEAS by EU Member States from both a legal and practical perspective based on the actual experiences of asylum-seekers and refugees.

Assistance to Manage Internal Displacement in Ukraine – AMID UA

Objective:  The aim of the project is to support the Ukrainian Ministry for Social Policy to address long term needs of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. In particular, the project will organise the exchange of good practices and lessons learnt between Ukraine and other countries with experience of managing internal displacement. Cooperation on selected topics shall contribute to the effective implementation of the Comprehensive National Programme for Support, Social Adaptation and Reintegration of Internally Displaced Persons, the main binding policy document on IDPs at state level.

Erhebung der schulischen und beruflichen Qualifikation von AsylwerberInnen in Oesterreich – EQUAS (Research on the educational and professional qualification of asylum seekers in Austria)

Objective: The study aims at raising the knowledge on qualifications and skills of asylum seekers in Austria, by conducting a survey among asylum seekers from the Top-4 countries of origin, i.e. Syria, Afghanistan, Russian Federation and Kosovo. A standardized questionnaire is developed to assess language skills, education and which also includes open-ended questions on working experience prior to the asylum seeker´s arrival in Austria.
