Cooperation among the public sector, civil society and municipalities is deemed essential for good governance at both central and local levels. Migration management is no exception to this principle. Both in Turkey and in the Netherlands civil society institutions and local administrations play a number of important roles in the field of migration both by supporting public capacities and alos by providing direct support to refugees and migrants. This event aims to bring togehter public authorities, civil society institutions and local administrations from the Netherlands and Turkey to talk about their cooperation efforts in the field of migration.
