Summary
The expected outcome of the project is to support the Turkish National Police (TNP) in more effectively preventing, detecting, and dismantling transnational organized crime networks operating along the main migration routes. By adopting an integrated approach that links intelligence-led risk analysis and profiling, capacity building, and inter-agency coordination, the project seeks to enhance Türkiye’s resilience against the convergence of migrant smuggling, human trafficking, organ and tissue trafficking and illicit financial flows while reinforcing the rule of law and border integrity.
