In August 2023 the Netherlands Ministry of Justice and Security (J&V) and the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) signed the Framework Agreement for the Migration Partnership Programme (MPP).
The overall objective of the agreement is to support the establishment and implementation of the MPP, effectively contributing to J&V’s strategic objectives linked with addressing migration and mobility challenges and opportunities in specific priority countries.
