The signing ceremony of a partnership programme between ICMPD and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) took place on 14th September 2021 in Paris. The partnership programme was drawn up to further develop and strengthen the signatories’ long-standing partnership and institutionalise cooperation in the area of migration governance in a spirit of partnership and mutual trust, in order to create synergies between the activities of the signatories.

ICMPD is strongly committed to observing the highest standards in its grant award activities. The following principles should be followed:
a) Transparency and equal treatment
An applicant will be excluded from participation in grant procedures if it is included in the list of EU restrictive measures or finds itself in one of the situations listed below:
a) Bankruptcy, insolvency or winding up procedures.
b) Breach of obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions.
c) Grave professional misconduct, including misrepresentation.
f) Conduct related to a criminal organisation.
g) Money laundering or terrorist financing.
h) Terrorist offences or offences linked to terrorist activities.
i) Child labour and other trafficking in human beings activities.
