**** Change in the submission of tender offers' method ***
ICMPD will accept tenders via email only.
If you envisage to participate and send us an offer, we recommend that you send 4 emails as follows:
- 1 test email to ICMPD-TENDER@icmpd.org - to avoid email being blocked by ICMPD firewall system, we kindly advise you to send a preliminary email for receiving a confirmation message. Once you receive acknowledgment of receipt of your preliminary email, you are kindly advised to send your offer as stated below.
- 1 email to ICMPD-TENDER@icmpd.org containing in attachment the Administrative part Only
- 1 email to ICMPD-TENDER@icmpd.org containing in attachment the Technical part Only
- 1 email to ICMPD-TENDER@icmpd.org containing in attachment the Financial part Only
In case you need to divide your offer (administrative, technical or financial) in 2 or more emails due to the size of the attachment, please name your email as follows:
E.g.: “Technical part” (email 1 of 2), technical part (email 2 of 2), etc.
In the email’s subject indicate the reference of the tender and the name of your company
In the text part of your email do not insert any information related to your offer.
Each email should NOT be larger than 9MB to ensure smooth delivery.
If you intend to compress your files, kindly be advise that the preferred extension is ZIP.
